The aim of this thesis is to familiarize with tools used in quality management and with methods of their application and to apply some of the tools in a real company. Among these tools there are a handbook for integrated management system of QMS on the basis of standard EN ISO 9001:2008, EMS on the basis of standard EN ISO 14001:2005 and ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008, 5S system, process FMEA and application of Pareto analysis on complaints. All the tools are attached to the dissertation thesis in electronic appendixes.

This bachelor thesis deals with methods, and above all with quality management tools. It consists of four parts. In the first part of the thesis is briefly presented the history of approaches to quality management. In the second part, a basic overview of the seven basic tools for quality control is elaborated and in the case of those tools, which are statistical, the procedure of their construction in Minitab is outlined. In the third part are processed advanced statistical tools with a focus on the analysis of the measurement system. In the fourth, practical part, selected methods of analysis of the measurement system are analyzed by case studies.

Evaluation of processes during software development is closely associated with theory of quality management. This master's thesis deals with problems of quality management during development from various points of view. Theoretical part is involved in definitions of terms which relates to fundamentals and methods of quality management. Practical part is aimed at technological aspects of prototype realization. Onward contains analysis and system design, implementation description and final resume.

Application of quality management tools in JES CZ s.r.o. company.

This bachelor thesis concentrates on analysing quality control in JES CZ s.r.o. company. The main objective is to suggest possible improvements in order to increase efficiency of the manufacturing process. Quality management and its tools are defined in the openning chapters and then applied on the manufacturing process. Application of these tools is based on four weeks lasting observation in the company's premises. Practical parts of this thesis also consists of information about the company, description of the technical background and the analysis of dining table's manufacturing process. The outcomes of this thesis are then demonstrated on this particular process.
